Weddings at The Feather Ballroom include:
12 HOUR RENTAL | The Feather Ballroom is yours the day of your event. We offer flexible hours, so we can make it worth with your timeline.
TABLES + CHAIRS | We provide seating, tables, and table linens for up to 300 guests.
DEDICATED EVENT TEAM | Day of, you'll have a dedicated Event Coordinator + Venue Assistant to ensure your big day is perfect.
CEREMONY + RECEPTION | No extra for hosting ceremony and reception! Perfect space for both.
VENDOR CHOICE | Make your event your own. Open vendor policy gives you the freedom to choose!
DECOR | You'll get to choose from our décor inventory to use on your big day.
PARKING | In addition to parking on First Street, rental comes with 10 Reserved Parking Spaces across from the venue.
BRIDAL ROOM | Perfect for last-minute touches and 'hiding' away as your guests arrive!
WIFI | Complimentary Wifi so you can share your big day on social media!

UPFRONT TRANSPARENT PRICING.

Event pricing.
FULL-DAY + WEEKEND | 12-hour rental, $8,000.
RESERVED PARKING | $200 (Included in full-day rentals)
SECURITY DEPOSIT | Refundable damage/security deposit, for all events..Events with alcohol, $1,000 deposit. Events without alcohol, $500.
Additional costs + tailored add-ons.
EXTRA EVENT STAFF | $35 per Event Staff, per hour. (min. 2 consecutive hours)
With every event, you'll have an Event Coordinator + a Venue Assistant. But, if you need additional help, Extra Event Staff can be hired to help with services tailored to fit your wedding, including table service, bussing tables, catering assistance, greeting, set-up and tear-down duties of rentals, and more.

CAN WE VISIT THE BALLROOM PRIOR TO OUR EVENT?
Yes, of course! In addition to your initial tour, contact your Event Coordinator to schedule a walkthrough, or come to one of our Open Houses.
CAN WE SCHEDULE OUR WEDDING REHEARSAL AT THE BALLROOM?
Yes! We allow for a one hour rehearsal prior to your wedding. It can't always be the day before, but we'll try our best to accommodate. Rehearsal dates are subject to availability.
DO WE HAVE TO USE SPECIFIC VENDORS?
No! It's your wedding, you should be able to use vendors best suited to your needs + your liking. We are able to provide recommendations for our favorite local vendors, as requested.
WHO WILL BE THERE THE DAY OF OUR WEDDING?
Our Event Coordinator + our Venue Assistant will be there to help ensure the day and event goes smoothly. Extra Event Staff with services tailored to your event, are always available to add-on, as needed.
